Sweet cereals, pastries, pancakes, French toasts and waffles are pretty common breakfast in some countries. Me? I'm just not a fan of any of them. I need savory in the morning, preferably spicy or umami. Starting the day with something sweet makes me feel like I'm fueling my body with desserts (not counting fruits and vegetables), and that just feels wrong! So starting this Sunday and every Sunday, I'll post an easy and savory breakfast recipe.
What about you guys? What are your preference? Should it be sweet or savory to start the day?
